Upon full payment of agreed invoices, 100% of the intellectual property rights for the developed source code are transferred to the client.

Victecnology reserves the right to use generic code components from its internal library (not specific business logic).

We operate under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by default. Your business logic, trade secrets, and end-user data are legally protected.

We offer a 30-day post-launch bug fix warranty for any defects failing to meet approved technical specifications.

Ongoing maintenance is subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Victecnology is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from software usage, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
